class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<h2>SOBRE O DSI\u00a0<\/h2><p>O Grupo de debate e an\u00e1lise &#8220;Defesa, Seguran\u00e7a e Intelig\u00eancia&#8221; (DSI) da Universidade de S\u00e3o Paulo, foi criado em 2019 como um f\u00f3rum permanente de debates de alto n\u00edvel dedicado aos temas, defesa externa, seguran\u00e7a internacional, seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica e justi\u00e7a criminal.<\/p><p>Desde a sua funda\u00e7\u00e3o, o DSI tem contado com o apoio do Instituto de Estudos Avan\u00e7ados (IEA) e em 2022 o Grupo passou a integrar a estrutura da Escola de Seguran\u00e7a Multidimensional (ESEM) do Instituto de Rela\u00e7\u00f5es Internacionais da USP (IRI-USP).<\/p><p>O DSI desenvolve atividades de debate e an\u00e1lise que podem tanto estar restritas a seus membros permanentes, como tamb\u00e9m promove debates abertos \u00e0 comunidade USP.<\/p><p>O DSI contribui ainda com as iniciativas de forma\u00e7\u00e3o continuada promovidas pela ESEM nos seus cursos sobre gest\u00e3o de fronteiras, mercados il\u00edcitos e crime organizado, tecnologia e seguran\u00e7a p\u00fablica, entre outros temas nos quais os especialistas do DSI s\u00e3o refer\u00eancia.<\/p><p>Sua miss\u00e3o \u00e9 promover uma discuss\u00e3o informada, t\u00e9cnica e baseada em evid\u00eancias sobre os caminhos para as pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas capazes de promover um ambiente seguro e pac\u00edfico para a sociedade brasileira e
